Add buttermilk, water & mix properly.Take oil, and temper mustard, jeera, methi seeds & dry kasuri meethi.Now add prepared above buttermilk mixture and mix for 15 mins.Later, the mixture will start to thickens.Finally, top with coriander leaves and serve..
  3. For Palak sabzi :- Heat oil in a kadhai and then add pinch of hing and turmeric powder along with slit 2 green chilies.Now add chopped palak into kadhai and salt.Cover the kadhai with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 mins.Then check and stir it well and dry if there is water in it..
