Two chopped green chilli. 2onion chopped and 2 potato chopped. Mix everything well. Add water as Required to Make a thick Batter. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai. With a spoon put pakora batter in the oil.when the pakora are partly cooked Then turn over and fry the other side. Fry till the pakoras are crisp and golden..
  3. Preparing Masala for kadhi: another pan heat 4 to 5 table spoon Mustard oil. Add one table spoon cumin seed 1/4table spoon methi seed 1/4 table spoon hing half table spoon turmeric, Black pepper. one table spoon Garam masala,1/2 table spoon red chilli powder.add 2dry red chilli,one tez patta.1- 2 table spoon amchur.fry on low flame.add 2 finely chopped onion.3green chilli stir and saute for 15 to 20 minutes. Then add 3 finely chopped Tomato. kept for 20 minutes on low medium flame..
